Full Moon Flyers
Come enjoy the elegance of flying under the beautiful Colorado Full Moon on Tuesday, August 24th.

FORGET about the usual dinner and a movie...let's do dinner and a night flight!

Sign up available at the front desk (pre-registration required). Limited aircraft slots are available so sign up early!

Not night current? No problem! Either get current prior to the event OR connect with one of our flight instructors for a learning experience and guided tour of the Colorado Front Range at night. You can even coordinate to land at DIA if you want to have an amazing night flight that you will be talking about, to pilots and non-pilots alike, for years to come!

SECOND QUARTER 2010

Boulder Airport Day/SFTI Open House
Come join us on Saturday, June 19th (give Dad what he wants for Father's Day - take him to the airport!) from 9 am - 3 pm at the Boulder Airport for a day of sun and fun! There will be static displays of vintage, World War II and military aircraft. Come learn how many different ways the Boulder Airport benefits the local communities; Boulder Emergency Services vehicles (land and air-based) will be on display, business transportation as well as personal air transportation vendors will be available to answer your questions. There will be opportunities for the kids to build and fly balsa aircraft and/or model rockets. An aerial demonstration of a Chinese MIG will happen around 11:30. All of this is FREE!

Come enjoy flying, fun and FOOD! Of course, ALL of this is WEATHER PERMITTING!

You can LOG flight time towards your Private, Instrument (initial/currency/proficiency), Commercial, or ATP.
 
This Redbird FMX also allows you to practice your G1000 "buttonology", autopilot usage, crosswind takeoffs/landings, crew resource management skills along with any unusual and/or emergency procedures.

8th Anniversary Party
